100. Purusharthas - Part 2
Please refer to my previous article on Purusharthas at - https://www.mayoan.com/post/99-purusharthas-or-objectives-of-life .
Besides this I have written about karmic push as vector algebra at - https://www.mayoan.com/post/62-the-field-of-karma-part-2 .
I have also written about soul displacement due to karma in my earlier writings. I think, now is the time that I should clarify certain things about soul displacement using the lens of purusharthas.
When Prakruthi/Sri Adhi Para Sakthi, decides that a soul has arrived at a time that is conducive to propel it into its next form/stage, she uses the karmic forces to displace the soul to the new stage/form. She may consider the karmic forces along the 4-purusharthas and then decide a suitable form/skin for the soul’s further journey.
The Divine Adi Para Sakthi, may consider the existing karma along the 4 primary categories or objectives of life or Purusharthas.
Let us consider the below arguments along the 4 purusharthas-
Dharma:
How much of +ve or -ve karma is in store for the soul with respect to its dharmic activities in the past? Did the soul live by the universal acceptable code for the form/stage? Did it perform more vice than virtue activities or vice-versa? Did it hurt anyone when it was climbing the ladder of life? Did it help others and was considerate? Did it live by the law of the land or as an outlaw? Did the soul suffer because of its activities – like as in imprisonment punishment?
Artha:
Did the soul live in abject poverty with a deep thirst for wealth and rich life? Did the soul live a super-rich life yearning for meaningful relations? What kind of life did it live when it was neither rich nor poor? Was that well-earned wealth?
Kama:
Was the soul a binge eater? Was the soul a sleep lover? Was the soul a sex-maniac? Was it a substance abuser or a bright soul led by its own intelligence? Did it waste its time on triviality? Did it consider all the positive areas of the experiences spectrum? Was it obsessive about certain experiences? Was it deserving some good/bad experiences?
Moksha:
Did the soul reach its peak potential? Which was the highest point of life in the soul’s journey considering that it lived a noble/gentle life? Which was the lowest point in life in the soul’s journey considering that it lived a life of thuggery and crime?
Based on the above analysis along the life’s objectives, the divine will imposes the next life for the soul. This happens in an ADHRSTA manner. I have always emphasized that the divine will resolves all accounts of karmic activities in an impeccable manner for all soul’s of the universe!!
But just for illustration, let us consider a Lickert’s scale for the outcome of a soul’s journey at the end of its life, as a representation of the 4 purusharthas. Kindly pardon me for this oversimplification just to highlight an important area of the subject.
Sample proposition-1
Consider the case of a higher noble being who wants to Dive (diving angel), to help remove adharma or evil manifestations in a lower realm.
Let the karmic disposition be as below at the time of rebirth.
Dharma – 10 (fully adequate); Artha – 7 (adequate), Kama – 5 (adequate), Moksha – 5 (Enough & Knowledgeable)
In the lower realm, he is entitled for powerful positions, adequate wealth, adequate pleasures and adequate spiritual knowledge. Hence it may take birth in a rich business family or as a prince or as a ward of a lead spiritual figure. The chances of this soul to ascend will be higher if it completes its journey abiding by the right kind of dharma possibly with numerous great commits.
Sample proposition-2
Consider the case of a higher ignoble being who fell into disgrace due to some bad karma and is thrown down into the lower realm (falling angel).
Let the karmic disposition be as below at the time of rebirth.
Dharma – 4 (not adequate); Artha – 7 (adequate), Kama – 9 (over-indulgence), Moksha – 1 (poor Gnana)
In the lower realm, he may be placed in positions that provide him ample opportunities to indulge in lustful/ecstatic activities. But due to his social setting he may be having access to spiritual guidance and good counselling too. The divine Adi Para Sakthi will watch for the final outcome of this soul’s life to decide if it should be set into ascendence or descendance paths.
Surprisingly, the below exceptional settings may also happen.
With other things considered, a higher human engaged in excessive sexual activities may be born as a sparrow just to enable him/her to exhaust that copulating tendency and then quickly restored to being human.
With other things considered, a higher human engaged in excessive food consumption may be born as a humming bird just to enable him/her to exhaust that consuming tendency and then quickly restored to being human.
With other things considered, a higher human engaged in excessive sleeping may be born as a koala bear just to enable him/her to exhaust that sleeping tendency and then quickly restored to being human.
With other things considered, a average human engaged in excessive longing for being rich without the accompanying merits may be born as a stupid rich person just to enable him/her to exhaust that longing tendency and then quickly restored to being his/her usual self.
So as humans, to avoid such de-promotions, it is important to keep committing higher and finer things (great commits) besides living the mundane life as usual.
The finer details of the souls journey thus becomes, simply a resolution of vector forces or vector push which includes the forces generated by the residual/remaining prarabdha karma of the souls, his free-will and actions, contextual forces immediately surrounding him, contextual group generated forces etc.,
You can now try to extrapolate these 2 samples for all the souls of this universe and suddenly you profoundly understand how supremely powerful, Sri Adi Para Sakthi is with her unparalleled intelligence, and with her cosmic yet subtle presence! Hence, she is considered as an omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent divine manifestation! If a soul evaluates to several possible outcomes, the divine Adi Para Sakthi may choose the form/stage that is most comfortable for the soul given the constraints of karma! Hence she is also considered as omnibenevolence!
Using the sum total of potential karma along the purusharthas, a soul’s next form/stage are decided. A soul can jump across realms for the next form/stage, or it can be located in the same realm in a lower or higher birth! A soul can be again born as a human in this earth or a super lion in a different location. A soul can become a higher soul after spending its life as a tree or as a cow! These calculations and transformations are simply MIND-BOGGLING for ordinary souls like us!
But one thing is certain - we can folds our hands with gratitude in our heart to this divine manifestation for helping us get a form/stage that reminds her presence and for giving us knowledge or Gnana to help us cross this great ocean of birth and death safely.
அவள் அருளாலே அவள் தாழ் பணித்து …
I am able to bow to Her feet only by Her divine grace!
